Big Brother's Little Brother is a spin-off show to the main Channel 4 show and is aired on both Channel 4 and E4. As of Big Brother 9, "Little Brother" has been co-presented by George Lamb and Zezi Ifore having previously been presented by Dermot O'Leary.

The programme focuses on recent activities within the house and often interviews celebrities, journalists, friends, and family of housemates and evicted housemates to make the show chatty and interesting. There is a small audience of around 30 who are often given props to wave around and hold up that relate to what is going on in the House. The week's evicted housemate is always interviewed on the Sunday episode on Channel 4, and regularly takes part in features in the next week's shows such as interviewing the public and getting their opinions on housemates.

Little Brother is filmed at Elstree Studios in Borehamwood and is a short walk from the House itself.
