BB Cadets are inspected by Red Pigeon
The BB Cadets Task was a shopping task in Celebrity Big Brother 15. It involved the housemates becoming Cadets & earning a range of badges. The Cadets had to strictly follow the orders of their leader Red Pigeon (fellow housemate Katie Hopkins). The task took place on Day 12.
Big Brother Site Description[]
Dib-dib-dib! This week’s Shopping Task will be getting underway today, and sees the housemates donning scarves and woggles to become Cadets. Our housemates will be getting back to nature, carrying out good deeds, making sacrifices, helping the environment, and possibly hardest of all, being nice to one another. Katie will be appointed Cadet Leader and have to keep the others in check; all Cadets will have a pledge to learn, and more importantly, stick to; there’s even a campfire (over which they’ll ideally be charring marshmallows and not each other).
If the Cadets earn enough badges, then Big Brother will reward them with a hefty shopping budget. If they fail – well, at least they’ll have picked up basic survival skills to cope with the meagre basic rations. Pinecones for breakfast, anyone?

The Housemates had to earn a range of badges to pass the task.
Good Deed Badge[]
Cadet Leader Katie Hopkins had to give 2 Housemates a good deed to complete. She made Nadia Sawalha scrub the bath with a toothbrush and made Perez Hilton sit silent on a step for an hour.
Sacrifice Badge[]
Big Brother informed the House that the campfire was running low & that in order to re-fuel the fire, cadets must show selflessness by sacrificing possessions. Big Brother let Red Pigeon choose out of two options of items to sacrifice- pillows or sunglasses. Red Pigeon chose sunglasses & consequently everyone's sunglasses were placed in the mock incinerator. Big Brother then informed Housemates that the fire was burning slightly brighter but not bright enough and that one more item would have to be sacrificed. Red Pigeon had to choose between Cami Li's bear & Michelle's make-up, she chose Cami's bear to incinerate.
